Instrumental Ensemble (open to Youth and Adults)+

Opportunities for instrumentalists to rehearse and play for worship and other conference events.  Please indicate on registration form which instrument you play.

 

Bible Study +

The Rev. Catherine Foster will offer a Bible Study for Adults each morning on the texts to be used in worship that day.

 

Organ Seminar (open to Youth and Adults)+

Develop practical skills for creative service playing, including transposition, modulation, creative hymn playing,

simple improvisation, etc. with conference organist, Stewart Wayne Foster.

 

Routley Lecture+

Join us each day for the powerful lectures on congregational singing by John Bell of the Iona Community!

 

Worship Reflections+

In this session we make time to talk with the planners and leaders of worship about the day’s service. This is a great

opportunity to reflect together about what happens in worship (both the planned and the unplanned!), why certain decisions were made and what other options could have been exercised, and where we were most strongly aware of God’s presence within and among us.

 

Visual Liturgy+

Join our visual artists in preparing artwork for the worship space. Additionally, Bob Miller will offer a 1 hour seminar on using art creatively in your own churches.

 

Choral Seminars+

Join the conversation with our clinicians. These session will provide an opportunity to ask questions of our conference faculty. (Monday- Children's Choir; Tuesday- Youth Choir; Wednesday- Adult Choir).

 

Expanding Your Horizons+

Tony Alonso offers sessions on new developments in contemporary liturgical music. This isn't your average Praise and Worship!

 

Vocal Seminar (open to Youth and Adults)+

Laura Warriner offers insight into the voice. Opportunities for individual singers to sing for the class.

 

PAM Professional Concerns+

Join PAM President Marlon Hurst to discuss employment in the PC(USA), PAM Certification, and other topics.

 

Reading Sessions

Gain insights into repertoire from our expert clinicians. (Monday- Children's Choir; Tuesday- Youth & Handbells; Wednesday- Adult Choir)
